Yes, Solaris at Kissimmee is a pet-friendly community. We understand that pets are part of your family and treat them as such! We welcome up to 2 cats, dogs, and fish with a max pet weight limit of 40 lbs. You’ll pay a one-time pet fee of $400 when filing your application, plus a monthly pet rent of $25 per month.

Solaris at Kissimmee offers a variety of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive 2-bedroom, three-story carriage homes and townhomes.

All apartments at Solaris are designed with modern living in mind and include a washer and dryer, stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and spacious walk-in closets. Select units may also feature large kitchen islands, designer backsplashes, double vanity sinks, and Roman soaking tubs.

The Mirada carriage homes are unique three-story residences with a private entrance and an attached garage. These spacious 2,587 sq. ft. homes offer a one-of-a-kind living experience, featuring amenities such as a side-by-side washer and dryer and Roman soaking tubs. There are only six of these exclusive homes available in the community.

Yes, apartments at Solaris feature smart access and smart thermostats for added convenience and energy efficiency.

Solaris at Kissimmee offers a wide range of resort-style amenities, including:

• State-of-the-art fitness center, lake with a walking trail, resort-style pool, and sundeck.
